Long Service Awards
At HSunPac, we value our employees and to show our appreciation for long service employees, service awards are presented to employees for their contributions. Each recipient can choose a gift of his/her choice from merchandisers such as NTUC, Best Denki, Chan Brothers, Metro, Robinsons, Takashimaya etc. The award is presented to staff for every five years of service and the award varies according to the length of service.
UTC Recognition Program
Purpose
- To provide an immediate reward of significant value for outstanding performance, over and above what is normally expected as part of the job
- Consists of a cash award of $300 to $1,000
- Awards may be given at any time during the year
Eligibility
Award Criteria
Winners must demonstrate outstanding performance that clearly exceeds what is normally expected in the job.
Examples include, but are not limited to a significant contribution to:
- a quality and/or process improvement
- an important team project
- resolving or preventing a major problem
Contributorsí Awards
Contributorsí Award is a token of appreciation given to an employee or a group of employees in recognition of their extra efforts at work which may include the following:
- project completed ahead of schedule
- project participation
- job performed beyond their call of duties
- spot and report good work practices
