EH&S Policy

Hamilton Sundstrand Pacific Aerospace (HSunpac) is committed to conduct our operations in a manner that the health and safety of our employees, our neighbors and the natural environment are all protected. We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and will not hesitate to go beyond legislated requirements, if a higher level of practice and observance is necessary.

We believe that all occupational injuries and illnesses and all adverse environmental incidents are preventable. Superior EH&S performances will improve our competitive position in the marketplace. As such, it will be valued as much as quality, customer satisfaction and cost.

We will, with the assistance of EH&S professionals, identify, set and attain goals that will result in continuous improvement of our compliance to EH&S regulations, our associates' safety and pollution prevention performance.

We believe that each associate plays an important role in improving our EH&S performance, not only by understanding and following established procedures, but also by recommending better practices regularly. Working safely and following sound environmental practices is a condition of employment for all associates at HSunpac.

Regulators and other UTC EH&S professionals will be treated openly and honestly and full co-operation will be extended to them. HSunpac will work to meet all of our EH&S commitments, participate actively in all internal and external audits and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. We will be a leader in the EH&S field.

In support of our commitment, this policy is communicated to all HSunpac associates and is available to the public upon request.
